Shipping

Shipping-only — no local pickup

All orders are shipped from my studio in Newtown, CT. I do not offer local pickup at this time.

Domestic shipping (United States)

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Standard handling time is 2–4 business days from the date of order. Transit times vary by destination:

  • Northeast: 2–3 business days
  • Mid-Atlantic / Midwest: 3–5 business days
  • West Coast / Southern states: 5–7 business days

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders over $75
  • Orders under $75: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Packaging

I pack every order with care using recycled and recyclable materials. Ceramics are individually wrapped and cushioned to ensure safe transit. I take responsibility for getting your work to you intact.

International shipping

I'm currently shipping within the United States only. I hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up for my newsletter to stay updated.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please contact me before shipping anything back.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I'll issue a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you. I stand behind my work.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to my error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit).
